Le 2 août 2026: Commission européenne turns AI Act transparency into release work
Article 50 now asks teams to disclose AI interactions, mark synthetic outputs, and keep evidence supervisors can read.
- Treat Article 50 as release work, not a legal memo. Disclosures, markings, and detection need owners.
- Map each AI system by role, output type, market date, and EU use before supervisors ask.
- Use the 2 December 2026 transition only for eligible existing systems, not as a general delay.
